MIDDLER Summer Camp 2008 at Camp Pinerock, Prescott, AZ for students in grade 2-3-4.

Cost is $190 due by June 27. Pay $25 (non-refundable) when pre-registering and balance due the first day of camp.  After June 27, cost is $215.
